AUCTION RULES 

• At the end of the auction, the last registered bid will determine the highest bidder and the purchase price of the product
• The participant (hereinafter: "the Bidder") who submitted the highest bid will be informed by SMS of the product(s) won within minutes of the auction closing. If the Bidder is connected to the site, a window will open with a payment link.
• Following receipt of the winner's SMS, the Bidder must then proceed with the online payment within 48 hours.
• In the event that the payment deadline is not met, we reserve the right to use the appropriate legal means to collect the amounts due. We also reserve the right to offer each unpaid product to the highest bidder.
• Once the Bidder has made payment for the product on the payment site, he will receive an email confirmation detailing the title of the product and the amount of the sale
• Products sold at the auction are not exchangeable or refundable and no compensation or other relief will be given.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Auction starts on April 15, 2025 and ends on May 07, 2025 at 7:45 PM Quebec time. 

To bid, you must be "logged in" and go to the product sheet on which you wish to bid. You will be offered two options:

Instant bid: a minimum bid will be proposed. Just click on the "bid" button or the + to increase the bid
Maximum bid: you can indicate the maximum amount you wish to bid for a lot. You must confirm and agree to pay this amount if you are the highest bidder on this lot at the end of the Auction. 

CLAIM YOUR PRODUCT

Products will be picked up directly at Le Diamant.
In the case of certain products, a representative will contact the buyer to arrange for special delivery arrangements.
